Temple of Set

Temple of Set (ToS) splinted from Church of Satan in the 1970s to focus on the “true” form of Satan, the Egyptian deity Set. It is decidedly theistic, with an active ingredient of black magic forming the backbone of its belief system, rituals, and structure. According to ToS, black magic focuses on self-determined goals with a formula of “my will be done”, as opposed to the white magic of the right-hand path, whose formula is “thy will be done”.
